Everyone gets completely Free Membership on Tom Dick and Sally, because we want to leave you "Free" to enjoy the site without committing to a regular payment. We have, though, introduced three pay-for membership levels and a range of bundles so that you can get the most from the site when you need it. So, as a member you will be able to do the following:

Tom Dick and Sally offer three levels of subscription. You get all the benefits of our Free Membership, plus a number of PinkPoints to spend each month.
Monthly 1 (£7.50) includes 500 PinkPoints per month.
Monthly 2 (£12) includes 1200 PinkPoints per month.
Monthly 3 (£17.50) includes UNLIMITED PinkPoints each month.

Whether you're using our Free Membership or are paying for a monthly subscription, you can still buy extra points when you need them.

When you register we'll give you 150 PinkPoints to spend while you're deciding whether Tom Dick and Sally is the right place for you. You always have the option to purchase more PinkPoints and exchange them for our extra special services. At any time you can choose to move to one of our subscription models. Nothing at all. Your membership is free. You don't have to pay anything and you can continue to display your profile, receive flirts and messages and browse the site as a registered member. If you decide you want to do more, then you can buy PinkPoints which you can exchange for special services. No, we don't. We don't require your card details for you to be a registered Tom Dick and Sally member. All transactions go through a secure server managed by our banking partners, Barclays. See Ts & Cs for details. PinkPoints are Tom Dick and Sally's very own currency! They are credits that you purchase which you can then use to buy special services, like SuperFlirts, Messages with Sparkle, and Text alerts to tell you someone has contacted you online Click on the BUY button next to the bundle you wish to purchase. You'll be transferred directly to the secure servers at Barclays. You'll need to give your debit or credit card details and your billing address. Then you'll be back on the Tom Dick and Sally site and you'll see your new PinkPoints balance. PinkPoints don't expire so if you don't use them one month you can come back and use them later! As soon as the servers have processed your payment you'll receive a confirmation email. By the time you get the email your subscription status will be updated on the site. Go to your profile page and check under Subscription Details. Click on the BUY button next to the subscription model you'd like. You'll be transferred to a secure server where you'll need to give your credit or debit card details and your billing address. You'll be asked to confirm that you're happy for us to renew your subscription on a monthly basis. You'll receive a confirmation email straight away and your membership status will update on the site. The same fee will be taken from your account on the same day each month. Just send an email to pinkpoints@tomdickandsally.com and let us know that you would like to cancel. We will submit the request to your bank immediately but please be aware that some banks take up to 10 working days to process the cancellation, so if you submit your cancellation to us just before your monthly renewal date you may still be charged for the next month's subscription. The first thing to do is to log out of Tom Dick and Sally then log back in again. If that doesn't fix the problem then contact us straight away and we'll sort it out.
