Tom Dick and Sally is a social networking and dating site and as such holds your personal data. Your card details are not retained on our database. We will keep your name and address confidential on our secure database and process these in accordance with this Data Protection and Privacy Notice.
We take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data is kept secure and is kept for only so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is used. We only hold such personal data about you as you, or your friend, have provided to us and we update this personal data within 10 working days of any new personal data being provided to us, to ensure that the personal data we hold about you is as accurate and up to date as possible.
